This is a magnificent example of a vintage Pilot Elite "Short & Long" fountain pen from the 1970s. This particular unit is in New Old Stock (NOS) / Deadstock condition, featuring the original factory price sticker (2,000 Yen) still attached to the cap.
The Rare "Script" Nib:
What makes this pen truly special is its 18K Gold "Script" nib. Unlike the standard Fine (F) nibs of the era, the Script nib was specifically engineered for precise, elegant, and fine handwriting—highly sought after today by collectors and calligraphy enthusiasts for its unique feel and precision.
Design & Condition:
Body: Elegant brushed stainless steel (hairline finish) on the cap and a high-quality resin barrel.
