Early Brownie box camera with winding key and viewfinder! No 1 Brownie, the camera put on the market by Kodak to popularize photography among the younger photographers. (and to increase film sales!) The first model is hard to find, very expensive and only produced for 4 months. This is the improved model B and is in very good condition, which is unusual for a camera that children used 120 years ago. This Brownie No 1 is model B with early gold print. The film transport key is removable and therefore often gone, but is complete with this camera and also included is the rare detachable viewfinder that came on the market for the improved Brownie.
