Beide Fässer wurden von einem frischen Sherryfass in ein anderes umgefüllt, was einen noch tieferen Abdruck der reichen, fruchtigen Aromen und wärmenden Gewürze des Sherryholzes ermöglichte – mit Noten von Trockenfrüchten, heißem Kakao und einer schwelenden Schicht Lagerfeuerrauch. It offers an intense, smoky profile (beech wood) with notes of ripe fruits, cocoa and spices. The whiskey is composed from two particularly intense sherry casks with pronounced beech wood smoke. Both casks were transferred from one fresh sherry cask to another, allowing for an even deeper imprint of the sherry wood's rich, fruity flavors and warming spices - with notes of dried fruit, hot cocoa and a smoldering layer of campfire smoke.
