The Marqués de Riscal label is perhaps the most recognizable of all Rioja wines. It still bears the medals won at the Bordeaux and Paris Expositions (1865-1872-1895).
The 1982 vintage was considered Very Good by the Regulatory Council of the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin.
Tasting Notes: Medium-high ruby garnet, extracted, and capped. Powerful aromas. There is a wide variety of aromas, and they are abundant: earthy notes, black licorice, and more.
Bottles are carefully maintained and stored in a cellar at a constant temperature. However, due to the nature of the product and its age, we do NOT guarantee its optimal condition.
