1. Watches are sold as is. Please read the product description carefully to check the size and specifications of the item.
Although the photographs are taken to accurately represent the actual product, please note that colours may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions. Unless otherwise stated, no warranty is provided, and we cannot accept claims regarding accuracy, water resistance or similar issues.

2. Any additional customs duties and Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be levied by the tax authorities in the buyer’s country of residence shall be borne by the buyer. Therefore, if you have any queries, please check with your country’s customs authorities before bidding. Should you be unable to receive the item due to non-payment of taxes, all shipping costs, customs clearance fees and other related expenses incurred shall be borne by the buyer.

3. If a cancellation is made after dispatch at the buyer’s request, all return postage, administrative fees and customs clearance charges incurred in returning and re-importing the watch shall be borne by the buyer.
