An exceptional cognac created by Maison Martell in 1982 to commemorate its founder, Jean Martell (Jersey, 1694 – Cognac, 1753). A unique edition of 2,160 hand-numbered bottles, crafted from a selection of extremely rare eaux-de-vie from 'Paradis' — Martell's century-old reserve — with distillates dating back to 1906. It was not renewed.
Condition: Bottle with good full-level for age (verified against the light). Front label present and legible, with wear and partial paper loss consistent with storage. Burgundy red wax capsule intact with medallion on the neck. Back label complete with handwritten number, text signed by René F. Martell (President), and affixed Jersey stamp (First Day of Issue, 11/02/1982). Original presentation box with gold satin interior, documents, and complete stamp collection—exterior with wear and period patina (box does not close completely).
