Unlike traditional tin-lined copper cookware that melts at high temperatures (232°C) and requires periodic re-tinning, the stainless steel interior is permanent, highly durable, oven-safe, and incredibly easy to maintain. * **Hallmarks:** Both pans are clearly stamped on the bottom with the authentic "Tagus Elite - Made in Portugal" maker's mark. ### Condition Report * **Small Pan:** In excellent, highly polished vintage condition with a beautiful mirror-like copper shine. * **Large Pan:** Displays a rich, authentic oxidized patina and heat discolouration from normal kitchen use on the exterior base, with surface wear on the stainless steel interior. There are no structural dents or deep warping.
