The silver-white dial with a houndstooth-style pressed texture carries the applied SEIKO logo and the cursive "SilverWave" signature with the Suwa mark, and the case back bears the embossed Suwa "S" medallion. Based on the serial number, this example was produced in November 1977. The dial texture and signatures remain attractive, though there are small spots of yellowing/soiling near the dial edge around the 4–5 and 8 o'clock positions. The bezel and case sides show scratches and small dings with wear to the hairline finish. The clasp shows heavier surface scratches and the bracelet links show light scratches throughout.
