These PR cards feature the iconic brothers Monkey D. Luffy and Portgas D. Ace with brilliant holo/shiny details and high-stat artwork. Both cards clearly feature the "NOT FOR SALE" mark on the back, making them a desirable addition for One Piece TCG collectors and fans.
