Seiko - Champion 850 - Senza prezzo di riserva - J15018 - Uomo - 1960-1969

Seiko Champion 850 J15018 vintage men's wristwatch. A refined vintage Seiko from the Champion 850 series, featuring a beautifully simple silver-tone dial with applied baton hour markers and elegant dauphine-style hands. The dial is signed “Seiko Champion 850” and “Diashock 17 Jewels.” The watch is powered by a 17-jewel manual-winding mechanical movement and is currently running. The stainless-steel case has the classic slim proportions and sharply shaped lugs characteristic of Japanese dress watches of this period. The case back is engraved “Seiko Champion 850,” “Stainless Steel” and reference J15018. Approximate case diameter: 36 mm excluding the crown. Manual-winding mechanical movement. 17 jewels. Three-hand display. Stainless-steel case. Reference: J15018. Brown leather strap with silver-tone buckle. A fine example of an early Seiko mechanical dress watch and an attractive piece for collectors of vintage Japanese watches. Condition The watch is in good vintage condition considering its age. The silver-tone dial is well preserved overall, with some small age-related marks and spots visible upon close inspection. The hands and applied hour markers remain attractive. The stainless-steel case shows normal light scratches and signs of use consistent with age, while retaining an attractive overall appearance and case shape. The crystal shows minor signs of use. The brown leather strap is aftermarket and shows considerable wear, including surface deterioration, creasing and wear around the adjustment holes. Please refer carefully to the photographs for its condition. The watch is currently running and the manual winding and time-setting functions operate. No recent overhaul or service history is known. Accuracy has not been professionally measured and is therefore not guaranteed. Please carefully examine all photographs, as they form an important part of the description. Important Information This is a vintage mechanical watch. Due to its age, long-term accuracy, power reserve and future operation cannot be guaranteed. No guarantee is provided regarding water resistance. Please avoid exposure to water. Any customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. The item will be carefully packed and shipped with tracking. The declared customs value cannot be reduced or falsified.
