Before dispatching the item, the buyer MUST submit clear photo/video evidence showing the exact condition of the item and its secure packaging. The item must be returned in 100% identical, original condition with all accessories, tags, and packaging intact. 4. Mandatory Trackable Shipping:
Returns must be shipped via a premium, fully trackable shipping carrier, and the tracking number must be provided immediately upon dispatch. Un-tracked returns will be rejected without exception. 5. No Immediate Refunds / Inspection Period:
Refunds are NOT processed upon shipment.
