The watch is running. It is sold AS-IS — please study the photos carefully before bidding. Overview A vintage Seiko Lord Matic (LM) from 1969, powered by the automatic calibre 5606 with 23 jewels. The silver sunray dial carries applied bar indices with black centre lines and a day-date window at 3 o'clock with a Japanese kanji day wheel (Sunday in red), in a cushion-shaped stainless steel case. Specifications - Brand: Seiko - Model: Lord Matic (LM) — dial signed LORD MATIC / 23 JEWELS with Suwa symbol - Reference: 5606-7070 (dial code 5606-7071T AD; serial no. 960834 — September 1969) - Movement: Automatic — calibre 5606, 23 jewels, day-date at 3 o'clock (quickset) - Case: Stainless steel cushion case with brushed and polished finish; one-piece case opened through the glass (case back marked WATER PROOF / STAINLESS STEEL) - Dial: Silver sunray with kanji day wheel - Case diameter: to be confirmed — please see photos for proportions - Bracelet: Steel bracelet with fold-over clasp — no Seiko/LM markings found, originality not confirmed (possibly aftermarket) - Total weight: approx. 74.4 g Condition Sold as-is with the dial wear described above: paint loss and dark deterioration spots along the outer edge (mainly 9–11 o'clock) and fine hairlines on the dial surface. The crystal shows light rubbing but no chips or cracks. The case and bezel show numerous small scratches, the clasp surface shows rubbing, and there is dark rust-like soiling around the adjustment holes on the clasp underside (would benefit from a clean).
