Descrizione del venditore
Vintage 1950s–1960s Hand-Carved Amethyst Geode Bowl / Ashtray
A striking vintage decorative object handcrafted from natural amethyst, dating from the mid-20th century, circa the 1950s–1960s.
The piece has been carefully hand-carved into a functional bowl or ashtray form while preserving the spectacular natural crystal formations of the amethyst. Its rim is covered with numerous sparkling purple quartz crystals, displaying beautiful variations of deep violet, lavender and translucent tones.
The contrast between the rugged, naturally formed crystal surface and the carefully shaped interior gives the object a particularly distinctive character. Each crystal catches the light differently, creating an attractive natural sparkle and exceptional depth.
A beautiful example of mid-century decorative mineral craftsmanship, combining the beauty of a natural gemstone specimen with the functionality and sculptural character of a hand-crafted object.

Type: Hand-carved decorative bowl / ashtray
Weight: Approx. 1.1 kg
Dimensions: Approx. 15 × 13 × 7 cm
A unique vintage piece suitable for collectors of natural minerals, gemstones and mid-century decorative objects.
