Descrizione del venditore

An impressive and heavy vintage German table/mantel clock executed in rich Baroque/Rococo style. Standing at an elegant 36 cm in height, the clock features a detailed, finely cast brass figure of a cherub (putto) holding a floral wreath structure enclosing the clock movement. Premium 100% metal build (solid brass and bronze alloy) with no plastic components. The back cover, structural elements, and movement casing are made entirely of brass. High-quality mechanical wind-up movement with 5 jewels ("5 Jewels"). Ornate brass dial (~8 cm diameter) featuring individual porcelain/enamel-style cartouche hour markers with Roman numerals and decorative dark hands. Heavy, ornate rocaille brass base ensuring excellent stability. Fully operational mechanical movement that ticks smoothly and winds properly. As typical with vintage mechanical clocks, it gains a little time and can be easily adjusted via the standard +/- regulator on the back. The rear brass cover shows a few fine hairline cracks in the metal, which are strictly cosmetic, located at the back, and do not affect the front aesthetics or functionality. Please inspect the detailed photos carefully, as they form an integral part of the description. The clock will be carefully packaged with robust protective material and shipped with end-to-end tracking and insurance.
