If inspection reveals no issues deviating from the item description, the item may be reshipped to you at your expense.

Should any issues arise, please contact us via the Catawiki messaging system before undertaking any repairs, battery replacements, opening the case back, adjustments, part replacements, or modifications. Performing such actions without prior approval alters the item's condition or value, which may result in the denial of a return or a full refund.

We conduct a rigorous inspection before shipment; however, as the watch battery is a consumable item, the purchaser is responsible for replacing it should the battery level be low or depleted.
