The instrument is in ready to play condition with some small professional repaired cracks on top, new boxwood set up, new strings and new bridge. Workmanship is extraordinarily neat and clean. The violin has an excellent high grained spruce of the top and two pieces back of beautiful narrow flamed maple. The whole length of the violin is 587 mm and the back 359 mm. The width of the upper bouts: 161 mm; middle bouts: 111 mm; lower bouts: 207 mm. Full size.
