Small thick octavo, pages xii, 208, illustrated with 12 colour plates and many monochrome plates and text illustrations, the fore-edge is slightly untrimmed as intended, very slight foxing of the text pages,.
The last four pages consist of period advertisements.
There is a faint stain to the lower margin of the monochrome plates, but the other pages and colour plates are not affected,
Original green cloth, just very slightly marked, and with very slight signs of use.
[STOCK. Rose Books 2600, giving a suggested date as 1924. He points out that the fifty-page 'List of Cultivated Roses' includes varieties introduced up to 1923.]
