The lambskin leather remains soft with a deep shine; the bag has been re-dyed in the past. Two small areas of light wear are visible on the back (see photos). The chain shows signs of use, with some wear to the leather interwoven strap. The CC turn-lock has slightly faded from use (see photos). Hardware retains most of its original shine. A light perfume scent is present. Overall, a rare and iconic Chanel Maxi – the largest size in the Classic Flap series designed under Karl Lagerfeld.
