* If you wish to use premium carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) for such low-value shipments, you must pay the shipping cost difference (top-ups are welcome).
* *(Reason: Base shipping cost via premium carriers is ~SGD 55. Using them for low-value items is cost-prohibitive.)*

2. Customs Duties & Taxes:
* Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and paying all such charges levied by their country.
* We have no control over these fees and cannot be held liable for customs delays or additional import costs. Check your local import regulations before bidding/ purchasing.
3. Order Cancellation & Returns:
* Buyer Cancellation: If the buyer cancels after payment, they are responsible for all return shipping costs and any import duties/taxes incurred during the return process.
* Returns: Returns require our prior approval. For approved returns, the buyer bears all return shipping costs and any applicable import duties/taxes. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

4. Auction Completion & Payment:
• The winning item will be reserved for one
(1) week after the auction closes.
* Full payment must be received within this reservation period.
* If payment is not completed within one week, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist/sell the item to another buyer.
