Released in 2007, this is the very first 25-year-old Laphroaig, and the only edition that is not bottled at cask strength. The liquid spent over two decades in ex-bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry puncheons, resulting in a well-integrated, complex but approachable single malt with notes of vanilla, dark fruits, lemon and a little smoke.
Only 2500 bottles available for Worldwide.
Very collectible. The bottle has beeen signed by John Campbell himself!
