Fast delivery and fast response to questions

Herzlichen Dank.

Great experience with this seller! The vintage pen arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described. Packaging was very careful and secure. Highly satisfied and would buy again.

Producție as described, responsabile packaging, serious seller

Thank you for your winning bid on the Montblanc ballpoint pen.

Please be assured that I personally checked the pen's functionality before shipping. Regarding your concern that "the button is not working," please note that there are two different mechanisms for retracting the nib on this Noblesse model:

①Double-Push Type: Push the cap top to extend the nib, and push it again to retract it.

②Clip-Release Type: Push the cap top to extend the nib, and press the top of the clip to retract it.

If method ① does not work, could you please try method ②?
Best regards
