Thank you for your feedback. However, I do not believe it is fair to describe the communication as disappointing. From the very beginning, I replied to your messages and stayed available throughout the entire process.
We also contacted you ourselves to make sure the blanket had safely arrived, as we genuinely care about our customers and every order we send. When we later asked for clarification regarding the delivery status, we unfortunately did not receive a response for some time, which created uncertainty on our side as well.
In any case, I am glad the blanket arrived safely and that the product itself met your expectations.
