All single stamps and sets are garanteed to be as described, in case they don't meet your quality they are always taken back without discussion. Collections are sold as is, meaning their can always be a missing stamp or defective stamp as I don't check them all in detail, generally the quality should be perfect. I am here to stay so beeing plane honest we solve issues if they appear. Shipments are always handled on wensday so buyers can combine shipments over the auctions. Communication can be in Dutch, French, English (good to very good) or German (basic).
