Irina Biatturi, winner of the Audience Award and the prestigious President’s Award at the Florence Biennale 2023 in Italy, acclaimed Best European Artist at World Art Dubai 2024, and a former student of the Nicolae Grigorescu Academy of Fine Arts (UNArte) in Bucharest, has devoted herself to painting since childhood. Having lived in several countries, including Mexico and New Zealand, she now considers Antibes her home and artistic hub. Her captivating oil paintings, centered on themes of femininity and sensuality, are deeply influenced by the elegance of Art Deco, the organic forms of Art Nouveau, and the radiant atmosphere of the French Riviera, where she has lived for more than two decades.
