ABOUT THE ARTIST Celia Arcos Fernández (Vigo, 1973) holds a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona, specialising in graphic design. She has been working professionally since 1998 in the field of graphic design in various studios and as a freelancer. For over ten years, she has been involved in design in the music industry with the record label Ernie Records. She currently combines graphic design with artistic creation. Her creative language uses colour as a way of conveying positivity. She is interested in geometry, the gestures of bodies, and their harmony in movement. Her art plays with reality, hence the use of old black and white photos, which she completes with an overlay of colour that transports them to a new reality, easy to register and interpret.
