Spanish oak gives Yamazaki a delicate and luxurious taste, associated with subtle acidity and intense fruity aromas. The Yamazaki Peated Malt Single Malt is composed of a careful selection of malt whiskies, made with malted barley and very cloudy, to create a complex smoky flavor.
