The Hennessy Ellipse is a rare and prestigious cognac that showcases the artistry and heritage of the Fillioux family, Hennessy’s master blenders. Released in 2006, only 2,000 decanters were produced, each containing a blend of seven exceptional eaux-de-vie, each representing a different generation of the Fillioux lineage.

Blend Composition

The seven eaux-de-vie included in the Hennessy Ellipse are:
	•	1771 – Distilled under Jean Fillioux
	•	1800 – Distilled under Christophe Fillioux
	•	1838 – Distilled under Emile Fillioux
	•	1859 – Distilled under Alfred Fillioux
	•	1890 – Distilled under Raymond Fillioux
	•	1941 – Distilled under Maurice Fillioux
	•	1972 – Distilled under Yann Fillioux

These eaux-de-vie span over two centuries, reflecting the deep-rooted expertise and tradition of the Fillioux family in crafting exceptional cognacs.
