Fender ESM-10E Acoustic-Electric Guitar – Ensenada Series – Mexico – Rare and powerful Fender ESM-10E mini-jumbo acoustic-electric guitar from the Ensenada Series, built in 2005. This exceptional model is the result of a collaboration between Fender Custom Shop Senior Master Builder Chris Fleming and Don Hector, a master luthier at Fender’s Ensenada factory. It features a solid spruce top, solid palo escrito (Mexican rosewood) back and sides, ebony fingerboard and bridge, Grover gold open-gear tuners, and multi-wood binding. The guitar delivers a sonic cannon of sound with tremendous volume, projection, and always-great tone, both unplugged and amplified. Equipped with the Fishman Ellipse VT pickup system (volume, tone, and phase control), it produces a pure, natural amplified tone without altering the body with side cutouts. This model is now discontinued and increasingly collectible—a serious alternative to high-end Martin, Gibson, or Taylor guitars in tone and craftsmanship. Condition: Excellent.
