Triumph - TR6 - 1972

GENERAL:

This Triumph TR6 underwent a comprehensive professional restoration in 2017 and has remained in excellent condition ever since. Finished in Classic Pimento Red, it comes with the rare matching hard top as well as a tan soft top. The car was recently serviced in October 2025 and is fully prepared for immediate use. It is equipped with electronic ignition, a new alternator and renovated wiring, along with a new valve cover with gasket and a new carburettor cover. The engine pulls strongly, the car is reliable and ready to be enjoyed immediately.

BODYWORK and PAINTWORK:

The bodywork was completely restored in 2017 and remains in very good condition today. The paint presents extremely well, with only a few minor imperfections visible in the gallery. Panel fit is excellent and all doors, bonnet and boot open and close smoothly. The floor is entirely rust-free and has been treated with high-quality anti-corrosion protection, giving the car a solid and well-preserved appearance.

TECHNICAL:

Mechanically, this TR6 is in outstanding shape. The engine delivers full power, the brakes operate strongly and predictably, and both the suspension and the desirable 4-speed gearbox function exactly as they should. Recent technical work includes electronic ignition, a new alternator, refreshed wiring, a new valve cover and gasket, and a new carburettor cover. The car received an oil service in March 2025 and a full service again in October 2025, ensuring it requires no further attention.

INTERIOR:

The interior was fully refurbished during the 2017 restoration and remains in excellent condition. It features retrimmed tan upholstery with upgraded high-back seats incorporating headrests. The black carpets in the cabin and boot areas are also in very good condition. The cabin presents cleanly throughout and needs nothing.

DOCUMENTS:

The TR6 was originally delivered in France and still comes with the original French registration documents. The restoration was carried out in France before the car was purchased from ER Classics in the Netherlands and subsequently imported into Poland. It has recently passed the Polish technical inspection. The car is supplied with two keys, the matching hard top, soft top and soft-top cover, as well as the factory handbook.

PICKUP:

The car is fully ready for collection and can be driven immediately. Thanks to its recent service work and valid technical inspection, the new owner can take it on the road without preparation.
