The lamp has a striking teardrop / onion shape, typical of Mediterranean artisan lighting (Italy, Spain, South of France, ca. 1950–1970). The top includes its original iron crown and hanging system, which holds the bulb socket. The inner surface shows the characteristic twisted pontil swirl, confirming hand-blown production. The combination of intense blue glass and aged iron gives a rich, atmospheric light — ideal for hallways, staircases, porches, or rustic interiors.
