RESIZING REQUEST:
We are pleased to offer complimentary resizing for a change of up to two ring sizes, either up or down. This service is available for all eligible rings, provided the adjustment is physically possible, and must be requested within 24 hours of your purchase to ensure prompt shipping. For any adjustments beyond this range, our policy varies: making a ring larger by more than two sizes will incur an additional fee to cover the cost of adding more gold, while making a ring smaller by more than two sizes remains a complimentary service, as long as it is physically possible.

The buyer is responsible for any local customs or VAT fees that might apply to the purchase.

The Import process is very simple as the shipping company does the entire import procedure, all the customer has to do is pay the VAT and customs clearance.
-in Portugal please note that to get the package you will need to use a local broker (new Regulation)
