Vintage Japanese Deba Knives – Traditional Signed Blades, Set of 3 伝統的銘有和出刃包丁(暁里・濃州正宗作・登録勝弘) This lot consists of three vintage Japanese Deba knives, all bearing clear maker’s inscriptions. Deba knives are traditional Japanese blades designed primarily for fish processing, valued for their thick spine, strong edge, and excellent balance. These knives show the character of long professional use and are well suited for collectors, restorers, and experienced users of traditional Japanese cutlery.
