The grapes come from the Quercegobbe area, from which it takes its name, characterized by an ideal climate for growing the varietal. Aging in wood gives the wine, in addition to its intense ruby red color, a complex bouquet: aromas of red berry fruit reminiscent of sour cherries are released, along with a toasted finish that evokes sweet spices. The flavor is rich, full-bodied, and assertive, with elegant tannins and a long finish.
