We seek to break the barrier that Vinhos Verdes should be drunk as soon as they’re on the market. We currently have 6 references of the Carlos Conde brand: Grande Reserva, Reserva Especial, Reserva, Velho, Escolha Alvarinho, Escolha Loureiro. All of our references have great aging capacity in the bottle, to bring you Vinhos Verdes of great quality that will remain in your memory. Our wines are exclusively sold to the end consumer and to specialized stores. WINEMAKER: João Pereira. WINE VARIETIES: Alvarinho & Trajadura. VINIFICATION During Harvest, only the best grapes were selected to this lot. This is a small production, only 1231 numbered bottles. TASTING NOTES Wine with a pale color, balanced, with high persistence and harmony in the mouth, resulting from the balance it presents between alcohol content and acidity. SERVING Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany fish, seafood, poultry and soft cheese dishes. Store upright, in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature between 13ºC and 15ºC. This wine needs to be aired for at least an hour. You may be in for a big surprise. Enjoy with great pleasure. Consume in moderation.
