Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives solely through mechanical processes.
TASTING NOTES
This olive oil is the result of a combination of ripe and green notes, and has a medium fruitiness with ripe and green notes at the same time.
Its aroma is reminiscent of ripe/green banana, apple and some green grass. It has a medium intensity of bitterness and spice and some complexity in the mouth, with a finish of dried fruits. Its final persistence is medium.
SERVING
Goes well with fish, pasta, salads and desserts.

In 2010, we took another step in our commitment to good and good, by planting a large Portuguese olive grove and an emblematic oil mill, reinforcing our country's place as one of the largest olive oil producers.
