It represents a high-ranking child modelled after the children of court nobles or daimyo families, dressed in formal, prestigious robes. The head, hands, and feet are finely crafted using gofun (a traditional paste made from powdered oyster shell), creating the smooth, luminous white complexion typical of classical Japanese dolls. The gentle smile, narrow eyes, and small red lips give the figure a calm, refined, aristocratic charm. The doll is dressed in luxurious silk brocade robes, richly woven with intricate floral and cloud patterns highlighted with gold thread. The vivid orange sleeves are further decorated with delicate embroidery, adding an elegant accent to the overall appearance. There are visible cracks and areas of peeling to the painted surface, particularly on the face, arms, hands, feet, and head. The original hair has mostly been lost or has deteriorated over time.
