Initially matured in ex-American whiskey and Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, it is then re-casked in Málaga Moscatel-seasoned hogsheads from Bodegas Quitapenas, imparting a sun-soaked flavour with vibrant citrus, floral honey, and sweet fruit notes. Bottled at 46% ABV, this expression brings a Mediterranean twist to the Redbreast family.
