ELENA PARASKEVA foi nomeada FOTÓGRAFA DO ANO (2024/2023/2021/2018) por 4 distintas sociedades fotográficas internacionais distintas.
Ela é ex-aluna de Hasselblad Masters, World Masters Of Photography, LensCulture, Aesthetica, Prix De La Photographie Paris etc, e atua como jurada estimada para o FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS desde 2021.

Ela já expôs no PARLAMENTO EUROPEU em Bruxelas, bem como em Bienais e galerias prestigiadas em NYC, Paris, Tóquio, Londres, DUBAI, Viena, Barcelona, Munique, Kuala Lumpur (Malásia), Florença, Frankfurt, Málaga (Espanha), Linz (Áustria), Graz (Áustria), Siena (Itália) etc.

A aquisição mais recente de seu trabalho foi pelo Departamento de Arte Pública do governo Västra Götaland, na Suécia. Entre as instituições públicas que possuem seu trabalho, a mais especial é o Boston Children's Hospital, nos EUA, que tem uma instalação de 500cm de seu trabalho na entrada da ala Infantil de Câncer.

Elena Paraskeva foi escolhida pela Saatchi Art como uma das "Artists To Watch". O presidente da IAA, uma das maiores organizações de arte, a chamou de "uma das maiores talents da indústria fotográfica".
