HISTORY:
The Olympic torch of the XXV Olympic Games, designed by the Catalan André Ricard Sala, visited in 39 days the 17 autonomous communities, covering more than 6,000 km. Passed through 652 locations and stopped at 60. A total of 9,500 carriers participated.

On 24 July he made his triumphal entry into Barcelona from Palma de Mallorca and was greeted with a multitudinous party that lasted all night in all the districts of the city. The next day he arrived on time to the Olympic Stadium and his last relay, the Paralympic athlete, Antonio Rebollo by means of a launch with his bow from the center of the stage was the one in charge of the ignition of the pebetero, being thus inaugurated Olympic Games of Barcelona 1992.
