"Mondscheingeiger" is one of the master's key works, created using Thoma's preferred technique: allograph. A work from his Frankfurt period that showcases his characteristic visual language. A hand-printed lithograph made from aluminum plates (a process first described in 1892 by Josef Scholz in Mainz).
