Bandeja decorativa (5) - Turquia

This lot is composed from 5 decorative trays of various sizes and metal compositions featuring caligraphic writting and allegorical themes. The trays originate from the Middle East region and were created in the first and second half of 20th century.

1. Large Brass tray with caligraphic inlaid silver writting and floral element in the middle. Excellent condition with pleasant patina.
Dimensions: Diameter - 44cm, Weight - 1.41kg.

2. Small Copper tray with caligraphic inlaid silver writting. Excellent condition.
Dimensions: Diameter - 30cm, Weight - 723g.

3. Brass tray with engraved caligraphy. Good condition, with a stain in the central area wich was removed.
Dimensions: Diameter - 35cm, Weight - 739g.

4. Tinned Copper Tray with embossed scene featuring rider hunting a tiger. Excellent condition, presenting pleasant patina.
Dimensions: Diameter - 30cm, Weight - 638g.

5. Tinned Copper Tray with allegorical theme featuring fantastic characters. Excellent condition, with nice patina and some oxidation on the rim.
Dimensions: Diameter - 30cm, Weight - 460g.

All trays are sold with a brass wire support for displaying on verical surface safely. (see penultimate picture)
