DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
--"Margot Laffón's Models Show Their Faces" is a selection of large-format artistic photographs by the artist that break with the anonymity of her models to directly confront the viewer.
--The creative process for this series merges contemporary photographic capture with prior manual artistic work involving drawing, painting, and collage, enhanced with latent computational post-production methodologies. Through the controlled use of neural network algorithms, the micro-textures and chromatic structures of the image have been optimized, achieving a level of definition, sharpness, and plastic depth unattainable through traditional digital development processes. Technology operates here as a precision tool that expands the limits of material detail and the pictorial quality of the artwork.
GUARANTEES OF AUTHENTICITY AND CONSERVATION:
--Triple Certification System: Each print comes with the highest guarantees of authentication for collectors: the artist Margot Laffón's handwritten signature on both the reverse and the front margin of the artwork, a double official security seal (an inked wet seal and a high-pressure embossed dry seal from the studio), and is delivered with its corresponding numbered and signed Certificate of Authenticity.
--Museum-Quality Durability: Printed using the UltraChrome Pro12 ink system, which guarantees optimal fixation of the color particles, providing extreme resistance to light fading and ensuring unaltered color stability for decades.
--Premium Support: The paper used is 310 g/m² RAG Photo Mate UltraSmooth with a natural matte white finish. Made from 100% cotton and acid-free, it offers an ultra-smooth surface that achieves an extraordinary and wide range of vibrant colors and extremely deep blacks, ideal for high-end institutional and private collections.
INVESTMENT PROTECTION (PRICING PROTOCOL):
--To firmly protect collectors' acquisition value and secure their investment, the series operates under a strict regulated market model:
--The first copy of each series is auctioned without a reserve price to promote open access to the market.
--Subsequent pieces in the same series will have a mandatory reserve price, which will be precisely determined by the last hammer price achieved in the previous auction.
--This technical mechanism contractually guarantees the appreciation of the artwork in the secondary market, giving the buyer complete certainty that their acquisition will never depreciate.
--The artwork is in perfect condition. It can be seen in the photos.
--The artwork is sent rolled in a tube. With special packaging for works of art.
