In Wild Identity XL, Youthone dissolves the traditional boundary between graffiti lettering and figurative portraiture. The word "YOUTH" is deconstructed and woven into the female face, transforming wildstyle graffiti into anatomy and creating a composition where identity, movement, and urban expression become inseparable.
Layers of spray paint, artist markers, and mixed media combine with vibrant colours, expressive lines, graphic textures, and dynamic overlays, revealing the artist's unmistakable visual language developed over more than three decades. The complexity of the lettering challenges the viewer to move between reading and observing, allowing graffiti and portraiture to coexist as one unified visual language.
Designed entirely from the artist's original concept and initial sketch, this artwork reflects Youthone's unique and personal visual language.
