This work speaks about the silence that remains after a period of inner unrest. About hope, and about that fragile place within us where, no matter how difficult life becomes, light continues to exist even when everything feels hard to carry.
I did not want the image to represent something specific, but rather a state of being. A quiet presence that stays alive beyond noise, uncertainty and those moments when you feel lost.
The light at the top feels, to me, like something that guides us. Not in a strong or perfect way, but quietly and fragilely — like a form of hope that refuses to disappear.
For me, this work speaks about fragility not as weakness, but as the ability to keep shining even while carrying exhaustion, fear or silence within yourself.
Signed by the artist.
The work is an original abstract painting, manually crafted in acrylic on canvas, measuring 100 x 70 cm, using professional-quality acrylic colors. The size is balanced, neither aggressive nor too small, allowing the space to breathe and the work to be perceived as a unique object.
The painting is unframed, with additional edges of approximately 4.5 cm on each side, suitable for various mounting or framing solutions. It is recommended to stretch it and visit a specialized place for mounting.
The work is signed in the original, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. It is also signed and dated on the back of the piece.
The painting will be delivered rolled, in a protective tube, properly packaged for safe transport. It is advisable to analyze all images and detailed photographs; colors may vary slightly from the actual colors of the paintings depending on screen settings. Unique work.
The images in the presentation are montages and may vary in size to better illustrate the details of the painting.
The actual dimensions are those stated in the description.
ARTISTIC PROFILE CRISTINA TALEA
Cristina Talea is a visual artist, architect, and scenographer whose creative practice explores the relationship between emotion and structure.
Her works combine the sensitivity developed through her early fine arts education with the discipline of architectural thinking. Texture, color, and atmosphere play a central role in her visual language, while rhythm, balance, and composition provide a strong structural foundation.
Drawing from visual arts, architecture, and scenography, she creates works situated between fiction, nostalgia, and the tangible world. Memory, place, and atmosphere are recurring themes, transformed into layered compositions that invite contemplation rather than direct interpretation.
By merging intuition with structure, her works create visual spaces where the imagined and the real coexist, balancing sensitivity and strength, reflection and presence.
