Elegant 6-piece porcelain tea service by Ancienne Fabrique Royale, Limoges, France, bearing the manufacturer’s mark underneath.
The service is made from fine white Limoges porcelain and decorated with refined gold bands and hand-finished gilt details. Particularly attractive are the sculptural handles and the elaborate finials on the teapot and sugar bowl, giving the service an elegant classical appearance.
The set comprises one lidded teapot, one lidded sugar bowl, two teacups and two matching saucers.
The gently scalloped profiles of the cups and saucers complement the moulded decoration of the serving pieces. The combination of brilliant white porcelain and restrained gold decoration gives the service a timeless and sophisticated appearance.
