Up for auction is a beautiful, robust Technics SL-200 vintage semi-automatic belt-drive turntable from the late 1970s. This specific model is highly regarded by audiophiles for sharing the exact high-quality S-shaped tonearm and mechanical build found in Technics' much more expensive models of the era (like the SL-1500/1700 series).
Technical & Aesthetic Condition:
• Serviced: The item has been cleaned and carefully re-lubricated. The auto-return and auto-stop functions work flawlessly.
• Repaired Hinges: The dust cover hinges – a notorious weak point for this generation – have been fully repaired and reinforced. The dust cover stays up firmly and properly protects the unit.
