A fine gilt brass eccesiastical chalice, measuring circa 20,3cm in height and weighing 583g, the knotted, hexagonal stem inscribed with the cast letters J E S V S and a Maltese cross to the ornaments, the six-lobed foot with applied foliate ornament to each join.
Condition: Shallow dent to the cup, no further significant damages or repairs. Minor wear commensurate with age. Two holes in the foot will have held an ornament which is no longer present. See pictures for a more complete overview.
This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
