Antique Key-Wind Silver Pocket Watch – “The Farringdon ‘B’ (Registered)” – ca. The watch displays the fine craftsmanship typical of late 19th-century English watchmaking. The white enamel dial is in very good condition with black Roman numerals and a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock. Elegant blued-steel hands complement the classic look. The case is made of solid silver, with British hallmarks visible inside the rear cover — including the lion passant (sterling silver mark), the leopard’s head (London Assay Office), and a date letter. The inner dust cover protects the movement, and the back has a finely engine-turned pattern with a blank cartouche shield. The watch comes with its original winding key, as shown in the photographs. Condition: Dial: Very good condition, minor hairline marks consistent with age. Case: Good condition with light wear and small marks. The pattern remains crisp. Movement: Appears complete and in working order at time of listing; accuracy not tested. Crystal: Clean and clear. Key: Included. Please view all photos carefully for a full impression of condition. Notes: A lovely example of a late Victorian-era English pocket watch — ideal for collectors or enthusiasts of classic mechanical timepieces. Will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance.
