Several small, minor imperfections, marked with red circles in the photos. Natural wear on the foot rings, slight darkening in places, and usage traces on unglazed edges. Occasional mass inclusions and small irregularities typical for early 20th-century porcelain. Historical note The Teichert-Werke factory was located in the city of Meissen, just like the royal porcelain manufactory. It developed from Carl Teichert’s workshop in the second half of the 19th century and began producing porcelain under the name Ernst Teichert GmbH from 1884 onwards. In the early 20th century, the factory was one of the significant producers of Meissen ceramics, creating pieces in regional tradition but with its own forms and underglaze marks. The sword/arrow mark with the word Meissen used on this set belongs specifically to Teichert’s production from this period and today represents a distinct and recognisable branch of Meissen porcelain outside the royal manufactory.
