I paid for the chairs in April. 
Then the seller said it was too expensive to ship. 
Then they shipped with an incomplete address — and it failed. 
Communication was minimal, then ended. Very odd.

I just received the chairs back, they promised me the chairs where (after lots of argueing, emailing, calling, I spend HOURS/DAYS on this chairs) on your way to Portugal (although the track and trace said it was on my way, but that was the initial track and trace number before all argueing, emailing and calling) The problem is the size of the package, initially they took it at the post office, then in Brussels they refused it, then they wanted to send it back, then I opened a claim (after a very long time) they still wanted to send it, and now I received it back, after long waiting and hoping it would still arrive. The problem is with the Post office, not with me, (and not with an incomplete adres like you mentioned) I sended the chairs in a nice well packed box. It is very unfair and unkind of you to put the blame on me.
